And He is the One Who has created man from the water and made for him lineage and marriage; and He is Capable of everything.
Three-Time-Knower Lord has already decided and recorded in his Book Adhikr whatever happening in the universe as explained in verses 10: 61 and 22: 70. Lord is the One Who created His creatures from a single soul by mixing sperm and ovum. It is told in verse 30: 21: “He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them, and He placed between you love and mercy; indeed in that are signs for a people who meditate and reflect”. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are not considering Lord as Adhikr submits. Thus they have become the true disbelievers as explained in verses 4: 150-151.
The believer who testifies Adhikr is in the consciousness that Lord has created mankind in Paradise and has deputed into the earth to test them with what they have been provided with as explained in verses 5: 48 and 6: 165.
